THE SUMMER

The winter was cold without you,
The autumn made me feel lonely,
The spring had no joy without you,
Want the summer back if only......

I remember the days like yesterday,
You and me messing together,
How stupid were we to believe,
That summer could last forever......

It hurts so much to know,
That i had to be gone,
Keep thinking that if i stayed,
Would the summer have gone on?

I see you sometimes,
And i cant help but remember,
Every sunny day,
That we spent together.......

Why did it have to end?
It caused us so much pain.....
Hopefully i will be with you,
When summer comes again.......
