I wish on the same star every night.
Maybe im not doing it right

It seems so bright
I seethe light

It must be real
As I kneel

Right by my bed
I lower my head

As I pray
I just say

Please just for today
Let things go my way

Lets make things right
I use to feel so light

There was laugher and play
And everything was okay

Rumors and lies

I don't like it this way
Please just make it go away

Just change it all

I would rather fly
Higher than the sky

It will change one day
