He turns to look at my face,

Two bright yellow lights,
Reflecting in his eyes,
I'm running out of their way,
Running far away.

As I tumble throught he trees,
I hear the horn's screams,
I hear his voice yell,
I have to stop myself.

The tree ends my fall,
The pain makes me crawl,
I go up the hill so slowly,
I just need you to hold me.

Looking up ahead I see the car,
I just have to make it that far,
Then I will be safe with you once more,

Finally I grasp the keys,
Reaching for what seems to be,
Your hand against the tire,

It latches onto mine as I try to stand,
As our hands slowly embrace,
I turn to see your face.

Falling slowly to the ground,
My screaming is the only sound,
Your eyes are staring into mine,

I look to the ground its streaming with tears,
Your shirt shows my mascara filled smears,
I can't stop myself or try to calm down,
My whole world seems to have drowned.

I never would imagine you in harm,
The red stains are all over my arm,
