What If

What if you have to tell someone the most important thing
But you know they would never believe you
What if you told the ones you love a lie
Cause if you told the truth you know they would leave you
Or what if life's journey came to end
To soon to even think
Or you see your life flash in front of your eyes
And all you can do is blink
What if you told your best friend you hate her
Then lose her in that instant
Or if you face your fears and once it's to late
You realized that you shouldn't
What if you think no one cares
Then slit your wrists cause you need to feel pain
Or try to lift yourself back up
Unaware you put others to shame
What if that's how you live your life
And at the end it's all just a blur
All that time you always held back
Cause you were to afraid to get hurt..
