Let Me Down Again

Take me in
Then spit me out
Hold me in your arms
Then throw me on the ground
Shelter me from the wind
Then let me out into the rain
Give me some hope
Then shatter it all again

It's alright
I've grown to understand
That's just your way
But still I stay
Not knowing why
In the darkness I remain
So go ahead
And let me down again...
