Regret

A single tear is shed.
This is the worst day,
Of my entire life.
I just don't know what to say.

I was dumb.
We were drunk.
I feel so bad.
My heart has sunk.

I didn't mean to...
I know i hurt someone.
My thoughts were evil.
The devil had won.

Now as i sit here,
Thinking in the dark.
"I screwed up my life,
I wish i could restart."

If i could change what i did.
It was a huge mistake.
Please forgive me,
I'm just a fake.

I tried to hide myself from you.
Thats alot of work.
Am i trapped forever.
Here, my soul will lurk,
For eternity...
