Imaginary

by Lara   Jun 29, 2007

I see myself running,
Running in narrow forest,
Alone in the dark, no shadows I see,
Forgive me, I've been weak,
Those beasts chased me, I couldn't speak,
In their eyes I saw, a devil beneath,
I cried your name, in vain,
My past, the future,
All clear to me,
I beg you, to save me and be my hero,
The one I longed for, the one I die for,
To feel your touch, not bury it with me,
Not a dream, a reality forsaken,
And not a soul to be taken,
I weep, till the second we meet,
To look in your eyes,
And see dawn, a new sign,
That would shed my tear.
Come back and release me,
Come back and take thee,
To the land, to the world we belong to,
Where a new beginning, a new sunrise,
And an autumn that sheds our tree tops.
