Lies

Behind my eyes there is something
But people pretend there is nothing
It's eating me alive-this pain
It is like a nerver ending rain.

My cheerful smile-it's all a lie
Don't they see that I want to die?
I act like a child-with innocence
As I sink deeper- with no defense.

A happy person they all see in me
But this is something I can't be
There is too much pain,many lies
That will lead to my demise.
