The Perfect Guy

Although we've never met
He seems so perfect for me
And I can't help but think
That maybe we were meant to be.

When we talk it could be for hours
And I've only known him for one week
But still I get nervous online
Every time we speak.

I guess I just want him to like me
But how could he possibly feel the same way?
We've never even seen each other face to face
Yet I picture him each day.

He seems so nice and we're so much alike
He's exactly what I'm looking for
He's so funny and can make me laugh
From him I could not ask for more.

I only hope we meet some day soon
So I can look deep into his eyes
Knowing he's the one I've dreamed of my whole life
And know he's my perfect guy.

    This is seriously...amazing. This is how it was with me and a guy named John...We met online and he was my best friend's ex boyfriend. After a week or two of knowing each-other, he asked me out. My friend and John got me to go to the summer camp they went to so me and John could meet face-to-face. The second day of camp, he broke up with me. The day before I felt like I was in heaven.

    Sorry if I bored you with my story, but I just wanted to say that I could really relate...Keep up the good work

    Awww.thats sweet, i have had long dis. love too, i felt/feel like he was/is perfect!
    i loved/love him and he ran/runs through my mind all the time:)
    this poem just kinda expressed what i feel inside perfectly..nice one:)
