Before i found you i was lost
I was sad
I was mad

Mislead in loving the wrong person for so long
I was stupid
I was blind

Thinking that the person would come back to me
I was lonely
I was depressed

Now that i have you in my life
I am happy
I am grateful

Knowing that the fire of our love will never burn out
I feel lucky
I feel loved

Knowing that this love of ours will always be true
I feel relieved
I feel secured

Now that i've read this poem to you
