That Girl

by Jermaine   Nov 26, 2008

Skin becomes bumpy
A chill in my spine
What a beautiful thing that caught my eye

I hear her laughter
It's music to my ears
So much I want to say, but will it come out clear?

Her eyes so tender
Her skin so smooth
I try to get closer, but my feet won't move

Trying to read her lips
But so much doubt in my mind
Every second that passes Im losing more time

I see her waiting
She's anticipating something
I didn't do shit...Absolutely nothing!!!

Game Over
My time is up
I took madd long, I ran out of luck

We didn't even talk
Not one little conversation
I didn't give it all I had, not one bit of determination

Kiss on the cheek
And a friendly Good Bye
Will I see her again? And if I do shall she be mine?

Make wise decisions
Never hold yourself back
Don't listen to other people who will take you off track

Self-Confidence you can't lack
Be a man and hold your sack
Stand your ground with your head high be vicious and attack

Don't be Fake
Be exactly who you are
Her falling in love with the projection you create will leave your heart scarred

If it's meant to be
She'll walk again through my path
And if not I know one day Ill find my better half
