To Everyone, Goodbye For Now [Maybe]

So, here I am before you today
Standing horrified at a weight of one-thirty-eight

I'm going to take some time, away from food
As well as time away from people, including all of you

For a total of fifteen days
I'm going to leave behind everything, and go my own way

I'm sorry that I don't wish to get better
But things are going to hell, and it gets worse with every letter

My Love, he's not as well as I thought yesterday
So I shall sacrifice a bit of me, because things aren't okay

To everyone, I might see you then
But it's not a guarantee, but I'm off to a battle that I hope to win
