Please help find a title

As im put in my lonley box
i really dont understand why
no one bothers feeding me
no one hears me cry

is any body listening
its getting hard to breath
please just let me out
why wont you understand
why wont you just beleive

its taking me time to feel
time to feel anything at all
to be free from all this fear
i just want to stand up tall

how many years are needed
to clense my broken soul
im tierd of being in pieces
will anything make me whole

how much longer do i wait
to set my spirit free
to get rid of these demons
and just live my life as me

my eyes are closed up tight
but my mind is wide awake
my mind and body are so tierd
i really need a break

so restless and in a state
my pain just will not stop
but just to make things worse
i have no real escape

praying for understanding
praying for a dream
wanting to go to sleep
but not wake wih a scream
