Ever had one of those days
Where everything goes wrong
Where you sit in your room
And listen to every sad song

When no one can make you happy
No matter how hard they try
And everything good said
Seems like a lie

Everyone's talking
But you dont hear a sound
You're lost in your thoughts
And can't be found

Little things seem heavy
And big things seem small
All piled on your back
And making you fall

You can't stop it from coming
Yet you're numb to the pain
You could be sitting in a room
Or standing in the rain

The sun is out
But everything's grey
You're just dragging on
Trying to get through the day
