I hate to see flowers die (part II)

by Sorefromreality   Jul 15, 2007

I stare at the pot
stare
stare
stare
Why do i hate the sight
it contains
a beautiful plant
I used to hate it when
flowers would die
But now im thinking
how to kill this
this painfully glorious sight
i want it dead now
i want to throw it
out.
But the leaves so green
sit in their perfection
glaring
at
me.
glare
glare
glare
I hate this
I cant take it
It has to go
sulking in its beauty
taunting all my flaws
go ahead
bury me
put me in a pot
but I'll never be
an essence of
perfection
or an
exception to
objection
I'll be perfect
within my imperfection.
that plant needs to die
I wanna feel it wilt
Grasp the stem, snap it
snap
snap
snap
gingerly pull away the petals
I like the feeling
I love the sight
I want to see this plant die!
Dont stop the wilting
it needs this pain
I want it to
feel
like it's
going insane
Drop the pot
it shatters
the plant lies
on the ground
in piles of dirt
hopeless
lifeless
Just like i wanted it.
To
Die
Die
Die.
