I'm still fighting to win

by kaida clover   Jul 18, 2007

False dreams give way to new realities as what the war comes to an end you must realize I never gave up the fight. This battle has been long and I yet to see the victor. Do not give up on what matters most to you in this life or you will soon find yourself hollow and alone. Parts of me are now lost forever and others start to fade but I hold on and hope they do not fade away for good. We are what we make each other become do you not see? The only ones that can help us is ourselves and one another. Do not give up on yourselves and do not give up on each other. it's the things in life that we want the most that are worth fighting the longest for.

I think the content of the poem was just fantastic, but the layout sort of spoiled the grand effect. The words were just a bit to crammed together, it got to claustrophobic, yada yada. Otherwise, its a very good piece to consider!
