What you want as me

I sit here in my room,
and cry myself to sleep,
wondering where my life is going,
wondering where i leap.

i wonder should i stay right here,
where i am today,
i wonder if theres any point in my life these days,
i wonder if I'll find true love,
or is it just in those books i read,
i wonder if theres really anything to look forward to,
or is that all in my dreams.

my dream career is passing me by each second of the day,
wanting to help children,
i don't think that dream will ever be made,
i might go back to my past,
back to the simple things i wanted to do,
but things like that are hard for me,
as i have changed and i cant change back to the person,
the person everyone knew.

the old Sharni is gone now,
gone far away,
and the new one isn't much better,
as she always has something to say,
never backing down and always has to be right,
she never gives up a fight,
this person thats I'm talking about,
is the one and only me,
the one that cant handle anything without crying late at night.....

    This is very nice.
    it potrays emotions that many people feel throughout the course of their life.
    the only thing i can say is be careful of the flow.. it does go off a bit sometimes.
    but an awesome read.

    oh and i hope that isnt ur real phone number, u might get some interesting calls from some crazy people, haha.
