It was a beautiful poem. More like a story than a poem though.. Anyway I like the message behind this poem, I think that the flow was fine. Just a suggestion.. Put a (.) in the last line. =)

Love this poem coz it tells a clear story that holds so many secrets beyond the word

I can relate to this so much Midnight and it made me want to cry
The pure love in these words is a sight you don't see often

"It was a blessing to find him
Someone willing to accept imperfection
One who doesn't love me to change me
But someone who loves me with truest affection"

The flow may be off (as you said) but when it comes from the heart, it's hardly noticeable
