A mothers Request to her Son's Demons

by allidoiswrite82   Jul 25, 2007

I've walked a mile on broken glass
Through charred coal and stinging ash
Opened up my scab healed wounds
renounce worshiping the moon

I've swallowed sand to scar my throat
Left wet in the blizzard without a coat
Given insects feast of my flesh
Slaved for a millennium still with no rest

I supplied my blood for the stream
And left un-sown my skins seams
Freely slows whats left of me
My sacrifice
Please . "Let Him Be"
