Mind

by Neil   Jul 29, 2007

I exist in a world of abundance yet I find nothing
In a world where people are intertwined under the sun
I am trapped within these thoughts where my soul yearns to run
I am a prisoner of my mind ever so dumb
I cannot break free from the prison that's got me under its thumb
I live life without remorse, without worry, without future
Only my equal can save me from the devil's rapture
My angel will come once I realize my fate
In thought I live, waiting for my mind to open its gate.
