Paradox

by Wings Of Flames   Aug 2, 2007

I fall through everything,
The wind starts to bleed,
I take the chains untouched,
And of which I do conceed,

Motions are unknown,
Solitude finds the tree,
Branches strong for comfort,
But words I cannot see,

Few told me to leave,
The gold has expired,
Take my hand away,
And all I've transpired,

Give me vows of love,
And I do believe,
That in the end,
My heart I will retrieve,

I'll be split and broken,
Wings cut and torn,
Souls all forgotten,
Until we are reborn,

Take my hand,
I lift up high,
Give my heart,
Then I start to cry.
