A cure of loneliness

I feel so cold, so hurt, so alone
For the future of my heart is unknown

A life without living is no life at all
But if to live is to love, then i'm destined to fall

If i had to take a good wild guess
I'd guess the fates want me in loneliness

I need to be loved, I need to be held
But no one listened when i got up and yelled

They turned deaf ears, they ignore my cries
They would not notice when my heart dies

Who in this world do I have to impress
To cure this pain of loneliness

Why is it so that virtue and love mean nothing anymore
And that money and power are all that anyone would adore

Of these things I have little of
But what i do have is lots of love

Love to give to someone who wants it
So long as its their heart they commit

In final, this is what i must profess
I need someone to cure my loneliness.
