Best Friends Stick Together

It started as an acquaintance,
but turned into something more,
a new friendship, perhaps,
we'd all been longing for.
Days turned into nights,
and smiles into tears,
realizing how special the relationship is,
holding it so dear.
We'd never thought it would come to this,
but now we see it's something we're glad we didn't miss.
We are best friends and will be forever more,
another problem comes,
but together we walk through that door.
And now here we are on this day,
and there is something I'd like to say.
We are sisters forever, forever and a day, and here we are together, and together we will stay.
