Depend on what direction
You wanna take
It's entirely your choice
You can choose to have
A good job, a family and
All the things you have ever wanted

You could also make your life hell
By taking wrong turns
Down the road to your future
You could get in with the wrong crowd
You could do things because
Everyone else is doing them
There are many wrong turns you could take
That lead to no where
But unhappiness
You could get into trouble with the police
You could turn to certain substances
For comfort and relief
You could hurt someone
Or you could hurt yourself

If you choose the right path
Something or someone
Could stop you in your tracks
And ruin your plans
But you have got to carry on
And get rid of whatever is in your path
And achieve what you set out to do

If you choose the wrong path
It could change everything
You could hurt so many people
You could amount to nothing
It's your choice
But if you go down that road remember
