Inspiration

Waves of grain
Swift as rain
Flowing through my feet
Eyes as blue
As morning dew
More pretty than the sea
Waves of red, tumble ahead
Lifting me out of the sand
My arm extends in hope at the end
For the grasp of a loving hand.
