Is This My End???

Something makes me think,
That this might be the end.
Something makes me think,
This may be my last work penned.
Something makes me fear,
That this is all I've got left.
And this something is taking,
What's left of my rhythmical breath..
Please don't let this be it..
It can't be.. Can it?
