Girl in the playground.

Girl in the playground.

Do you see that girl in the playground?
Messing playing, smiling,
Do you really know her?
What shes like? What she feels inside?

Shes been through more than a lifetimes pain,
Thinking about it drives her insane,
To have the courage to fight back,
Is just a perfect dream.

Do you see that girl in the playground?
Keeping herself to herself,
Dreaming of what she used to be.
Now she has no self-worth.

The plastics think shes funny,
Bubbly ,cute, but weird,
Only if they really knew,
It would reduce them to tears.

She sits up crying almost every night,
Thinking whats the point?
Her pillow drenched with all her tears,
And the pain she feels inside.

People don't want to see,
The real her inside,
But I really need to,
Because that girl is me
