Catching the Bouquet

by hana heroin e   Aug 13, 2007

Dancing in the flowers in the beating sun
Beside the sparkling river that under the bridge runs
Smiling at the butterflies and kicking off your shoes
These lazy summer afternoons you never want to lose

Moaning in the darkness in suffocating pain
Wondering what the point of life is when nothing is to gain
Lost inside the hopeless abyss of horrible grim despair
When you live a life when you know no one cares

Girls that go into cardiac arrest at the sight of a boy
The ones that they wrap around their fingers as their toy
Their fed grapes all day and bask in daily life
While in the darkness creeps a slayer with a bloody knife

While the rest of us just sit back and see
As the other children are resting blissfully
They are killed of one by one, weakest of the pack
They could save their lives if they just got off their ass
