Her Tormented Mind

I haven't submitted a poem in a while so I figured my latest entry should be something a little different from my normal style of poetry, this poem is almost like a dark ballad

also thoughts were just racing through my head as I wrote this and I couldn't end it so I just ended it on a dead beat sorry about that but other than that I think it is good ^_^ enjoi!

-----------------------------------------------------------------
HER TORMENTED MIND
-----------------------------------------------------------------

She could tell you on the twisted ankle of past words intended
On what would have made you weak the second you inhaled
On breath that would make you shiver in the coldness of thought
On death beds seperating reality from rot
Collapsing from the pain she bore
Simple minded and on her own she knows from heartbreak where to roam
Safety pins deflate the once happy and brilliant heart
Bloody anguish could despare and minds would collide
Salvaged from whats left, Destroying Whats not
She knows how to live and she's learned not to cry
Desperate for love she sings her only thought
"Save me from my heaven and take me down a notch,
I deserve no part of what would keep me fake
Sleeping each and every day away while I dream when I'm awake
Of Course I see the Irony and the pain that I have wrought
But would you have saved me for the love that I had brought?
Shaved me of dignity and I dream my little dream
I'll be back one day for my revenge and you'll scream your horrid scream!"
And she could have cut the mind off of you with her tormented mind
Because she knew what her heart desired...
