Beautiful treasure

Looking at thee laying there so cautiously
the fairest creature my eyes ever laid upon
striking beauty causing my heart to beat
like an African drum so significantly
her tender lips so pure and soft
with a smile so bright and vibrantly
she's so perfect in all wondrous ways
elegant and sophisticated she is
in her mind is where the beauty lies
and my heart complies

A diamond so perfect and beautiful
i am wealthy if i own thee and i do praise
i thank the lord for such a gift
an angel that is what she is
how can i be so worthy of such a magnificent
treasure, one that enlightens my heart
