Guilty

I am so little
and very upset
I am here crying
and lying in bed

my best friend forever
is far, far away
and I am to late
to have something to say

he has drowned under water
and I pushed him in
I just did not know
that he could not swim

I was three years old
and I'm still feeling guilty
but someone has told me
that I just must be strong

now he's in heaven
and I wrote this letter
just to say
he's still
my best friend forever

    It did not happen for real,
    but it was a poem I wrote when I was 10 years old.
    I saw this movie and it touched me right in the hart. I was inspired by the movie, and that's why i wrote it.

    I hope you like it
