Judgment day

by James   Aug 17, 2007

And were just kids learning what its like
To live in an adult world
When all the problems we face
Leave the strong ones unturned
And the weak ones unlearned
Yeah, you falter on your path to the sun

The strife that the winners call home
Seems to leave them empty inside
And the life that the winners had known
Fades in the distance as they lie again and again and again
On their path to judgment day

Forever is what itll take
To master what is life
No one will ever go straight
Cause we all make mistakes
One day well hit the brakes

Looking back at what theyve done
And what theyve failed to do
Glancing at the fading sky
Wishing to renew
What they once had
The hope for a new day
For the sun to rise again
On their path to Judgment Day

The strife that the winners call home
Seems to leave them empty inside
And the life that the winners had known
Fades in the distance as they lie again and again and again
On their path to judgment day

The strife that the winners call home
Seems to leave them empty inside
And the life that the winners had known
Fades in the distance as they lie again and again and again
On their path to judgment day
