Grandmere

by Dying Beautifully   Aug 21, 2007

Grandmere's dead,
Things running through my head.
I am in shock,
I can barely talk.
Well this is a surprise,
Someone I love dies.
I don't have much luck,
Get thrown around like a puck.
But all this means nothing,
At least she is no longer suffering.
She can no longer be sad,
Which actually makes me glad.
No more hospital trips,
No more falls or nasty slips.
She is now where she belongs the most,
A good life she led so I won't see her ghost.
And though I'll miss her and such,
Her not being miserable will help so much.

**This is Dedicated to my grandmother Lucille Leblanc- I will remember you always.**
