Confused

Confused.

We met and I care so much for you.

My biggest fear is that once you know the real me, you will give up.

I tell myself every day that your better than that, but are you?

I believe you are, and want you to be, but are you?

I'm sick of questioning myself and you.

We are together and you seem to really care.

But then comes in my doubt.

It tears my heart open and bends my soul back wards.

It hurts so much, and the pain will not subside.

I care so much, and thinking that you don't care as much as I do kills me.

I am trying to let the doubt go, but it's so hard.

The doubt tears and shreds and kills me.

I can't keep questioning "US".

If I do, then I'll die trying to know.

I should already know you do care very much so.

Do you care as much as I do?

You don't need to answer, for it is I that must keep on with life and stop wondering.

I must stop with all this foolishness, for I know you and I will last as long as we want.

It is only us that can decide if we will stay together.

No one but you and I are in this.

We are our own army and we shall not give in to doubt and hatred.

We no longer must dwell on the future but live for the present.

Day by day, step by step.

We shall not give in.

If we try and die, we Will have died trying.

So we shall not stop trying, for I now know how much you truly care.

I have seen that you shall not give up.

You will be here and try your hardest.

I shall not give in to doubt.

Together we shall care and stay together as long as we work together and never give up.
