The Glory Road

by Norbert   Aug 23, 2007

There are no free rides to glory.
You must get there on your own,
you create your own story.
And winners never quit, they never stop!
They keep going until they reached the top!

champions ain't created, they are made everyday.
They have to prove they're strong, they don't let their dreams fade away!
They keep going until they reach their limit.
And in the Road of Glory you can not submit,
YOU CAN NOT QUIT!

Belts, metals, and trophy's are not given, they are earned.
They are given to you once YOU HAVE LEARNED,
to give your blood, sweat, and tears.
and to any obstacles you come, you must not show fear!

Suffering will be your number 1 enemy.
until you learn to defeat it, there is nothing left for you to see.
but once you defeat it, your journey is at the end.
The ones who caused you pain can now be your friend.

Oh how wonderful it must be.
to tell the story that your children will see.
And when your kids hear of the stories you told,
maybe they'll follow the path of The Glory Road!
