Watch the Sun

by Lyndsay Kalyta   Aug 23, 2007

Lying by the water
With your arms I'm wrapped up in
There are fireflies in the air
And moonlight dancing on your skin

I find myself drifting in and out
Of dreams consisting of you
You pull me in and hold my heart
Like no one else could do

The stars are slowly fading
And the moon is sinking low
As the sun begins to shine
You decide to kiss me slow

It wasn't until I sat here with you
And watched the sun come up
That I had let myself fall
This far madly in love

In the morning sunlight
I begin to see that your love is true
There's no one else that I'd rather
Watch the sun come up, then with you
