Endlessly

by Aaron   Aug 24, 2007

I used to fear the dark.
Loneliness and solitude.
The endless blackness and quiet
My heart pitched and shook.
Groping endlessly,
I crawled about, screaming for help
One day, this hour,
I opened my eyes.
Embrace the dark. Be still, be calm
Quiet thy heart,
In my darkest hour
The light will shine the brightest.
Come my light,
I wait for thee,
Endlessly.
