Frustration turns to anger,
What do we do now?
Where do we go from here?
Pushing forward,
yet going nowhere but back wards.
What's happened to us?
We aren't even a shell
of what we used to be....
A family.
Smiles would turn to laughter as we
sat outside and played each and every day.
No words needed to be spoken,
for we already knew.
It was almost like destiny.
I knew what you were feeling,
before you even felt it.
And you were the same way too.
You knew just what i needed,
And were willing to go the extra distance,
if it would make me smile.
But all that is long gone now.
We're not even a shell of what we used to be.
