My own special friend

by Hebe   Aug 26, 2007

You're my own special friend.
You lay next to me at night
You're soft and warm
So I hold you tight

I can always talk to you
You are always listening
When I tell you a secret
It seems your eyes are glistening

Sometimes you just stare at me
With your deep black eyes
They see right through me
Comfort me, never telling lies

You accept me as I am
With you I can be myself
Be sad, doing crazy
I can really come out of my shell

You're always there for me
you help my life to have control
Thanks for being my special friend

That was really good. I love the ending :) well I also feel the same as you in this poem.

Anyway the words you have used was simple but it gave all the depth needed to make this poem great. Keep up the awesome work!

Hihi =]! That's cute ^^ Nice how you build the poem up, if you know what I mean.. that at the end, you tell what it's about =] And it makes a good end too!
