I don't care anymore,
I awake in tears,
Just from the thought of you,
Coming back to beat me,

All I want to do is,
Escape from your grasp,
That you have on me,
For over thirty years now,

No matter how hard I try,
You're never satisfied,
This home is no longer mine,
I think I'm better off alone,

You send shivers down my spine,
Every time you come home,
From your discontented work,
To beat me until I'm bruised,

You tell me how much you love me,
I don't believe you,
I'd send the pain below,
But I'm suffocating,

So I'm leaving you,
It'll break my heart,
We both need this,
To reflect on our lives,

So I'm saying goodbye...

No matter how hard I try,
You're never satisfied,
This home is no longer mine,
I think I'm better off alone,
