Don't grow up too fast.

by Emily   Aug 29, 2007

Dear little girl,

I've seen you holding your mom's hand,
You walk with such grace.
Your head off red-brown hair held high,
You only wish you could be a big girl.

You have your pink purse filled with your rusty-brown coins,
Your green-brown eyes filled with hope,
Don't rush growing up,
Childhood can be wonderful and filled with laughs.
You'll grow up in time
