Remember Me

God said His will and I can't break this law
So my days are over and I have to go
To a place so far which I still don't know
I won't be back to see you again
To live with you to loose and gain
But fear not my absence because I won't forget you
You'll all keep with me 'cause love you true
And thats my only way to remember you through
But my last request is to keep me in mind
Always remember me and don't throw me behind
Remember me whenever you say your ABCs
Which we hardly studied for years and years
Remember me whenever you smile or laugh
And remember the happy times we had, but were they enough?!
Remember me whenever you go to sleep
Just close your eyes and in your dreams dive so deep
And I'll be there waiting for you
In my new world where you can be a bagger and a king too
And then you'll wake, but who remember dreams are few
So please concentrate and try not to forget
The happy moments we had when we met
And let our meeting be an honor not a regret
Finally I dedicate this poem to everyone I've ever seen
And remember me for the true person I have been.
