Lost in my Fields of view

by GothaX   Aug 29, 2007

The wind touches my face on it's never ending journey.
I look around me and see nothing else than the horizon and the sun sinking under the lines of the Earth.

I question myself, if the doubts that are creating chaos in my mind are for me to fight.
As he Sun slowly disappears under the Horizon, the Darkness climbs over me.
The Darkness doesn't change my visions of our world.
It only hides me, like I want to be hidden.

The wind changes direction, and a strange yellow leaf falls in front past my face.
I automatically concentrate on the leaf that appeared to be glowing
and let my eyes follow the direction of the wind.
Looking in the distance I see my past, almost as like it could hurt me again, but still
full of so much information of what life has to tell.

Looking back forward, I see the Horizon again. Dark, like a dark line filling half of the sky and the other half filled with stars that were glowing like out of a dream.
One Star, in the middle of the sky, not brighter nor dimmer then other stars, My most Favorite Star of all, from the star sign Orion, pointing behind the horizon, Calling me, Taunting me.

I set my first steps towards my future, but something is holding me back, like an invisible wall, arms out of nowhere that are pulling me back, back at the point from where I look upon my past, presence and future. The point where all questions began, but the answers were never found.
