Confessions of a Broken Heart

I did some stuff while you were away
I'll only mention a few, because this is so hard to say
I wouldn't have done the things I did
If before you hadn't brought me so much stress
I wish there wasn't, but there are some things I must get off my chest
and now some of it I am ready to confess
I fell both in and out of love
I prayed for someone else to god above
I kissed some people while you were far
I wished for someone else on "our star"
I danced with someone else to the song that reminds me of you
yet I probably wouldn't have if you didnt do the things you do
I'm sure if I was away, you would have done the same
so please don't say its all my fault
because both of us are the blame
I know I messed up, and to our "love" I wasn't true
but I guess I got that from you
yeah we did hurtful things to each other
but YOU were the one to start
so in simplest terms, these are the confessions of a broken heart
