My Similie

by Dan   Aug 31, 2007

If she were a colour she would be red.
For her passion and energy too.
If she were a song she would be all about life.
About living and breathing and loving.
If she were a flower she would be a red rose.
Bursting to life in the spring-time sun.
If she were a godess she would be of beauty.
And her hair is like silk in the shade.

If dreams were reality she would be mine.

If she were an animal she would be a kiwi.
For the country in which she was born.
If she were a season she would be the summer.
For her love of the beach and the sun.
If she were an element she would be water.
For her passion of surf and the sea.
If she were a rank she would be perfection.
Because to me she is all that I need.

If dreams were reality she would be mine.
