Planted Seeds

by chris   Sep 2, 2007

Our plant once grown decides to peek it's face down toward the sun-beaten earth,
Why did we wait so long to give it nutrients that it needed to have worth?
Now the stem bends and the leaves turn brown,
but still we are left no where to be found,
A plant grown with tears alone will stand but won't be healthy,
One with sun and water to start her will be very rich and wealthy,
Yet ours dies due to pain inside our segments decide to grow separate ways,
We can't work together when we pull each other apart, Today I have to say the suns rays have gone away,
We were doomed from the start,
Don't worry mother earth will cover us with dirt and forgive our wretched deeds,
In this garden of life it depends on us right? But in the beginning we are all just planted seeds.
