The way I tumbled into the dark abyss
the way you reached out to grab me
but the pull, the force, the magic so strong
was a side to not be fought

As i fell and screamed not caring who heard
and i heard your cackle grow closer
my magic within, the sparke
it died
as though you doused it in water

my screams they stopped
my tears began
and as i sobbed so gently
my heart it stopped
my senses lost
and yet i understood so clearly
