I have just made it, in the constrict of time.
Such a Frenetic schedule, to catch my morning flight.
I have never flown, and I am alone.
But i can't turn back now, for we are gone.
We are moving fast, as we leave the ground.
I open my window shade, and look around.
I have never seen the sunlight, quite this way.
But there is alot, I haven't done before today.
We are flying so smoothly, as a humble tide.
I close my eyes to sleep, on this quiet ride.
A loud noise, bids me to wake.
But a horrible sight, bids me to quake.
They dare us to move, they say they have bombs.
People call their husbands and wives, dads and moms.
We don't know where we are going, nor what will take place.
Our loved ones wish intently, that they could just see our face.
All they can think of, is they don't want us to part.
Though try as we might, we just can't ease their hearts.
They know what will happen, as do we all.
It can't be avoided, we have to end the call.
Let's roll! A passenger yells.
Those noble last words, echoes like bells.
In the blazes of glory, we tread on.
They wanted a fight, well we'll give emâ?? one.
I have never been a hero, I've never went that way.
But there's alot, I haven't done before today.
With heavy hearts, we take it down.
Speeding fast, toward the Pennsylvania ground.
It is for the best, that we crash the plane.
For you cannot win, every single game.
In my prime, I never thought that death would call.
Tempest Fugit, he says with a smile.
I brush him off, and keep the pace.
For I know very soon, I'll be in a sweeter place.
In the blink of an eye, it is through.
But don't worry for me, listen to what I tell you.
When you cross old Jordan, deep and wide.
I will meet you, on the other side.
