Mask

by kali   Sep 7, 2007

The mask I wear
In the world
Is slowly crumbling down
I want to be me
I need them to see
Who I really am
If they would only
Be a little kinder
If they were only
A little less cruel
They would see the real me
no
They would hate me anyway

How could anyone hate you when you write such wonderful words. I don't hate you, I think you're great. 5/5
