ITS WAS ALL IN HER EYES

Walking up a staircase,
mind tensed, full of uneasy thoughts,
that was then,
i saw her eyes looking at me,
for once contact was there,
for the moment i wished to stay there,
just to see her eyes looking into mine,
wish time had stopped,
for once life felt happy again,
felt i was never alone,
she was there smiling at me,
taking every pinch of grief,
every thorn my life had grown,
got back my love,
once lost it was,
just the moment and time,
one glance of her eyes,
changed my life,
nothing to be said,
it was all in her eyes,
